While Sonoita proper is technically located about 50 miles south of I-10 near Elgin, the limits of Sonoita follow the scenic highway 82 across an expanse that quickly turn from beautiful desert into a unique combination of grassy highlands and ironwood trees.

Although many areas in Sonoita are still offered at an incredible value, it is important to remember that many of there homesites in Sonoita do not have utilities and may require extensive earthwork before they are buildable.
